Yay!

Your plants arrived 🌿

Here’s what to do next based on what you ordered:

If you ordered ROOTED PLANTS:

• Place in bright indirect light

• Bottom water when possible

• Avoid overwatering

• Allow the plant to acclimate before repotting

• Most Hoyas thrive in chunky, airy soil mixes with good drainage

If you ordered CUTTINGS:

• Keep cuttings in propagation tubes for 7–14 days before transitioning

• Higher humidity helps fresh cuttings acclimate

• If you have a plant cabinet, placing your cuttings inside can help maintain the humidity they love during acclimation

• No plant cabinet? A simple trick is to lightly mist the cutting with distilled water and place it inside a partially sealed Ziploc bag for 24–48 hours. Open and close the bag periodically for airflow to help prevent excess moisture buildup while still keeping humidity higher

• Wait for healthy root growth before transplanting

• When it’s time to remove a well-rooted cutting from the tube, save the plant before saving the tube. Cutting the top of the tube is much safer than pulling the roots through a tight opening, which can damage or tear off healthy roots

• Bright indirect light is best
